Katie’s Hairline delivers orders to customers across Nigeria. Delivery options, charges and timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and the delivery method available for that destination.
Delivery Options
Depending on your location, your order may be fulfilled through one of the following methods:
- Doorstep delivery
- Transport park delivery
- Store pickup
- Other available logistics arrangements communicated by Katie’s Hairline
Available delivery options may differ by location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on the destination selected during checkout.
The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before you complete your order where a fixed delivery rate is available.
For locations where delivery charges depend on the rider, logistics provider or specific destination, the delivery cost may need to be confirmed separately.
Abeokuta Delivery
Doorstep delivery is available within Abeokuta.
For locations where the delivery fee depends on the rider and exact destination, the applicable charge will be communicated to the customer.
Lagos Delivery
Doorstep delivery is available to selected locations in Lagos.
For other Lagos destinations, alternative delivery arrangements may be used depending on the customer’s location and available logistics options.
Nationwide Delivery
Katie’s Hairline delivers to customers across Nigeria.
For many destinations outside our doorstep delivery coverage, orders may be sent through an appropriate transport park or logistics provider.
Customers using park delivery will be informed of the appropriate collection arrangements where necessary.
Store Pickup
Customers may choose to collect eligible orders from Katie’s Hairline in Abeokuta where store pickup is available.
Pickup location: Oke Lantoro Roundabout, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before coming for collection.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- State
- Town or city
- Any other information reasonably required to complete delivery
Katie’s Hairline will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order has to be sent again because incorrect delivery information was provided.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary according to the customer’s location, order processing requirements and the logistics provider handling the delivery.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including traffic, weather, transport schedules, logistics disruptions or other operational circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Customers may receive order confirmation and subsequent updates using the contact information provided when placing the order.
Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect their package as soon as reasonably possible after receiving or collecting it.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact Katie’s Hairline promptly and provide your order details together with clear photographs or videos where applicable.

Unclaimed or Delayed Collection
Where an order is delivered to a transport park or designated collection point, the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the period permitted by the transport or logistics provider.
Any additional storage, redelivery or related charges resulting from delayed collection may be the customer’s responsibility.
